Mooer GE300 Tone Capture Guitar Walkthrough Demo & Review

Mooer has finally released their newest Mutieffects pedal - GE300! It is the bigger brother of the GE200. They added the capabilities to do Tone Capture of Guitars and Amp. The very first thing when I got my hands on this effects board was to quickly dial in a decent tone and test out how good the Tone Capture capabilities are in this unit.

In this video, I wanted to make my Telecaster sound like a Les Paul. Thus i recorded Les Paul as the Target Guitar (Step 1), followed by recording the Telecaster as a source guitar (Step 2), and bam, less than 2 minutes, my Telecaster could sound like a Les Paul. I'm very impress with the technology. Though its not 100% similar, but i think it is 80% close.

Next I tried to use the Les Paul to get Telecaster tones. The results are shockingly pretty decent. Here's the video:
